At 2Modern, we want you to be thrilled with your modern furniture and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your 2Modern account or visit our returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in all original manufacturer packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to the designated warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
