What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Standard lead times vary by brand. In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days, while custom or made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for most large furniture items. This service includes inside delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a seamless setup experience.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made items and 'Final Sale' products are not eligible for return.
