A modern reimagining of Emeco’s iconic 1940s sofa series—originally designed for the U.S. Navy—the Navy Outdoor 3-Seater Sofa delivers the perfect balance of lightness, strength, and timeless style. Its recycled aluminum frame is handcrafted in Hanover, Pennsylvania, using the same meticulous welding and heat-treating process perfected in 1944, resulting in furniture so durable it carries a lifetime warranty, indoors or out. Available in Emeco’s signature hand-brushed finish or a range of powder coat colors, the frame pairs with cushions upholstered in leather, fabric, or outdoor-ready textiles, including Sunbrella® Heritage for all-weather performance. Cushions are removable and secured with snaps and Velcro® for effortless installation, replacement, and seasonal storage.
